Presentations of the Quilt can be done at the monthly Ridge Quilter’s Guild General Meeting for their presentation OR the Veteran can be awarded the quilt at their civic service group meeting. To be eligible, the person nominated must be an honorably discharged member of one of the U.S. Military branches (Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines or Navy). While there is a National Quilt of Valor program. This program is not affiliated with that program.
